| 1. | How does the JFG service work? |
| | Initial Set Up: You will be assigned a JFG Staff Accountant for your business. Your JFG Accountant will arrange to work with you onsite in order to do an initial set up of your company in the JFG system or coordinate your existing accounting system with ours. Either way your Accountant will work to make sure that your books are accurate and up to date. Work Both On and Off Site: Your Payables, Receivables, Expenses, and Payroll can be faxed, emailed, or mailed to us as frequently as necessary. Once, we receive your raw data we will process it immediately. JFG will then prepare and send you financial statements as frequently as you require them. Your JFG Accountant will review these statements with you in order to give you an accurate picture of where your business is at. For your convenience, our staff is always available by phone or email; however, we are also available to meet with our clients onsite when necessary. |

| | Your Accounting Service will not suffer by outsourcing to JFG. We have carefully crafted our service to provide clients with the equivalent or in most cases superior service to that of typical in house personnel. For each client, we not only provide the experience of your assigned Accountant, but the experience of our whole staff is at your disposal. For any situation, we have the experience to provide you with the right solution. |

| 3. | Who deals with accounting inquiries? |
| | JFG is your Accounting department. All accounting inquiries can be forwarded to our office or directly to your JFG Accountant. We will handle all of the day to day accounting inquiries in a prompt and professional manner. We will also notify you by email of the details of any inquiries that were handled on behalf of your business. |

| 4. | Do I have to sign a long term contract? |
| | If a client is not satisfied with our service, our goal is not to lock them into a long term contract. In order to become a client of JFG, there is a one year contract that must be signed by both the client and JFG. However, within the service contract, there is a sixty day out clause. If for any reason, a client is not satisfied with our service, all they have to do is notify us and our service will be ended within sixty days. During the sixty day period, JFG will continue to maintain the client books in a professional and up to date manner. We will also assist with any transfer of service. |
